Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) shall govern the usage and access of Dukkan mobile application and website, Please read these Terms carefully before you access or use the website or application. By registering your account, you confirm your acceptance to the Terms.

1- Information about us.

Dukkan is operated in the United Arab Emirates by Only Click Services Delivery L.L.C (“we”, “us” or “Dukkan”), incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with license no 940398.

2- Purpose

As your trusted attendant, our purpose is to connect you with the different restaurants, merchants or stores which we are affiliated with (or “Our Partner”) so that you can order items for delivery (our “Service”). When you place an order with Our Partner, Dukkan acts in your and Our Partner’s behalf and manage the experience throughout the ordering process. When your order is complete, Dukkan will arrange the delivery of the item through its partner delivery (“Only Click Services Delivery “) or Our Partner’s Delivery Service (“Partner Delivery”) with each constituting one delivery, depending on the number of Our Partners you have selected.

3- Your account

We need you to register for an Dukkan account before you can order items from the application or website. As you open an account, you need to provide a password or choose other secure sign-in method. As you complete your order, depending on which payment method you choose, you may need to provide credit card details. You shall be responsible for your account, including all activities that occur on it, the secure sign-in method and device you have used to access your Dukkan Account. You agree to keep your username and password secret from others at all times and prevent others to access your email account or said device, If someone else uses these methods to access your account, you are responsible to pay for any item they order and we shall not be responsible for any losses except when your details was accessed from our end because we were not able to secure it.

 You may close your account at any time by requesting in the account area of ​​our website or by contacting us using the contact details above. If someone else seems to have used your account, we may block or completely close your account. Also, if we believe you are misusing our services (for example, you are in breach of these terms, requesting a refund, or credit that we believe you are not eligible, making inappropriate complaints, or abusing the rider or other legitimate reasons), we may close your account. If your account is permanently closed, we will credit the remaining balance received from the customer service team or application after the problem occurs to your registered credit card, or if for some reason this is not possible, or through a bank transfer to your bank (if you have provided the your bank details).

4- Service availability

Each affiliated partner has a designated delivery area. This delivery area is subject to change at any time due to factors such as weather and service demand. This is to ensure that the item reaches the door in the best possible way. Each affiliated partner has its own business hours. In other words, the availability of our services and the range of partner stores you can order depend on the partner facilities in your area. If you place an order for delivery outside the delivery area or outside the business hours of a partner store, or if you cannot apply for some reason, we will inform you that you cannot place an order.

5- Orders

When ordering through our application, it shall be accepted by us or our partner store before we can confirm. We will send you a notification (“confirmation notice”) when your order is accepted. The contract for delivery of the ordered product will be concluded when the confirmation message is sent. You are responsible for payment of all items ordered through your account, including shipping costs, and for compliance with these terms, even if you ordered the item for someone else.

Some of Our Partners shall have a minimum order policy and this will appear in the application. All items are available depending on availability. Some of Our Partner restaurant may use nuts and other allergens to prepare certain items. If you have allergies, please contact our partner restaurant before ordering. Dukkan does not guarantee that the products sold by Our Partner restaurants are free of allergens. Your order may also be subjected to additional terms and conditions provided by Our Partners.

6- Delivery

You need to provide complete, accurate and truthful information for the Delivery Rider to deliver the items to the designated address. Dukkan is not responsible for orders that encounter delivery issues due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect information which you have given. You may change the information only when the order has not yet been dispatched. If the rider cannot contact the address you’ve given through the system when delivering the goods from the store, your ordered items goods ordered by the user will be delivered to the place you selected in the application. In such cases, the Member must bear all legal obligations resulting from ordering the goods to an address where the goods does not exist.

7- Product Return

Dukkan return policy shall depend the return policy of Our Partners. Dukkan is not responsible for any disputes that may arise from the shop’s product return policy.
